If you have a customer account, you can access your order directly in your account and start the withdrawal or return there.
If you ordered as a guest or don't want to use a customer account, you can withdraw from your order using the form below. Alternatively, you can also reply directly to your order confirmation email.
Please include your order number, your name, and the email address you used to order in the form, if possible. This will help us process your order faster.
Withdrawal is also possible without giving reasons. The statutory withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of the goods. In addition, we voluntarily offer a return option within 30 days of receiving the goods.
